Our office is located at 6 Loudon Road, Suite 505A in Concord.
Financial
Dr. Whitten is a participating provider with Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim, and Cigna. We submit insurance forms directly to these companies. We also submit directly to Medicare. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Accepted forms of payment are cash and checks only.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee will be charged if you fail to keep an appointment without sufficient notice.
